Kubi Springer is currently the Director of Brand Marketing for leading global experience agency, Avantgarde. 
 
Her most recent role involves overseeing the brand marketing strategy for the MEAA (Middle East, Africa and Asia) region, whilst leading the brand marketing and digital team at Avantgarde Dubai.

With a strong commercial approach Kubi also works as a Brand Consultant with expertise in brand strategy, partnership deals, integrated campaign management and cultural communications for global brands.
